The Vinnies Sleepout

In a bid to raise awareness about the issue of homelessness in our city, and funds for St Vincent De Paul, over 70 Avila students braved the elements on the first night of winter and slept out in the Hall. They constructed shelters from cardboard and were nourished by the makeshift soup kitchen. Thank you to all the friends and families that supported them by making and distributing soup and sandwiches – it was a true community effort.
