IT Help Desk Technician

Part time position 0.6-0.8 FTE

This position provides frontline IT Help Desk support to students, staff and parents and assists in maintaining the College IT systems and technology. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic problem solver, with experience as a Help Desk Technician demonstrating a high level of customer service.

The successful applicant will need to provide evidence of:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Employee WWCC or ability to attain
• National Police Check or ability to attain
• Completion of accredited anaphylaxis training and mandatory reporting training or prepared to complete.
