Principal Appreciation Day – Thank You

On Principal Appreciation Day we wanted to send a special message to Dr Michelle Cotter.

Leading a school is an enormous responsibility and one that Dr Cotter does with vision, care and purpose, nurturing our students, supporting our staff and helping to shape the future of Avila College. Dr Cotter seamlessly manages the strategic vision of the College while being present and engaged in the everyday moments that make up daily school life, always focused on what is best for students. A faith leader, lifelong learner and someone who brings both vision and heart to her role, Dr Cotter embodies the 2026 theme Let Love Lead.
