Avila College is seeking to appoint a College Timetabler, commencing 2026. This is a key role in the College in relation to supporting the learning environment. The Timetabler works closely with the Co-curricular and School Operations Leader, Learning and Teaching Leaders, the Daily Organiser and People and Culture.
This role is open to both teaching and non-teaching applicants and is available full time or part time negotiated.

Director of Faith and Mission
Commencing 2026 | POL 5
Avila College is seeking to appoint a Director of Faith and Mission, commencing 2026. The Director of Faith and Mission enacts Catholic identity leadership to provide all members of the community with opportunities for growth in their faith and spirituality. This role reports to the Principal, works closely with the Religious Education Curriculum Leader, and is a member of the College Leadership Team. The Director of Faith and Mission also has a teaching component as part of their role.
This position is available full time or part time job share as negotiated.

Casual Relief Teachers
The College is seeking passionate and experienced Teachers to expand our relief pool to provide adhoc cover for employees taking short-term leave or completing professional development.
