The Avila Passport

Written by students from the Quill and Ink Writers Club, the Avila Passport is a "travel guide" to the key places, spaces, events and clubs across Avila College. Full of "Insider Tips", photos and activities from students, it is designed to introduce secondary school to primary school students and assist in the transition by provideing a sense of what to expect when they embark on the next step in their educational journey.

All visitors to the College can pick up a passport (and even get it stamped) as they tour the school at the Open Morning and Sunrise/Twilight Tours events.

Which event should we attend?

Twilight + Sunrise Tours

Discover Avila College "after hours" early in the morning or in the late afternoon  at one of our Sunrise or Twilight Tours events. An Information Session conducted by the College Principal Dr Michelle Cotter is followed by a school tour conducted by Student Ambassadors. Seats are limited to ensure that the information session is small and visitors can ask questions.

Open Mornings

Join a school tour conducted by Student Ambassadors from 8.45am and then hear from students and the College Principal Dr Michelle Cotter in a formal presentation in the Bunjil Auditorium. Morning Tea is served offering an opportunity to meet and talk to Avila staff and students.

If you would like to organise a college tour outside of the Open Mornings please email us or telephone 9831 9600.
